The Galapagos Islands are located 600miles (1060km) west of the Ecuadorian mainland in the Pacific Ocean. To get there, all travelers must follow the steps detailed below:

1. Take an international flight to Ecuador, to arrive either at the city of Quito (in the Andes Mountain Region) or to the city of Guayaquil (in the Coast).

Important: We recommend you arrive at least 2 days before your scheduled dive trip (especially for liveaboard dive trips) in case there are flight delays or cancellations.

2. Take a domestic flight out to the Galapagos Islands, either to Baltra Island or to San Cristobal Island, depending on where your dive trip starts from.

Transportation to and from the Galapagos Islands

Transportation to Galapagos is limited.

There are 2 airlines that fly out to the Galapagos on a daily basis: TAME Airline and AEROGAL Airline.

We can gladly book your flights for you at the same cost that you yourself may book directly with the airline, thereby saving you the hassle.
