During our 7 night / 8 day diving adventure in the Galapagos Islands, you will have a chance to do up to 21 dives (including check-out dive) at the top dive sites of the Islands. Many of the dive sites are for experienced divers only. Be sure to read our recommendations for diving in Galapagos on the About Diving in Galapagos Section.
For our morning dives, the first dive will be done at 06:30, before breakfast and followed by our second dive at around 09:30. The first of the afternoon dives will be at around 13:30 and then the final dive of the day at around 16:00. Night diving is not permitted in the Galapagos Islands, as a regulation of the National Park. The last dive of the trip will be done 24 hours before you board your flight back to the mainland.
Walks & Hikes
We will have the opportunity to do 1 land visits during our dive trip aboard Estrella de Mar. Our visit will be on Sunday and we will visit the Charles Darwin Research Station in Puerto Ayora, on Santa Cruz Island. During this visits you will have a chance to see the famous giant tortoises of Galapagos at the station, along with land iguanas. Both of these animals are bred in captivity to later be re-introduced into the wild and thereby restoring the diminishing populations of those animals on certain Islands.
